About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Job Search Coordinator, you'll play a transformational role in delivering job search support sessions. You'll ensure participants make quality applications tailored appropriately to enable them to gain sustainable employment, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. You will deliver job search support sessions, guide participants to register on appropriate job boards, create job search sessions on our CRM system, meet and exceed performance targets, build effective relationships, maintain accurate electronic participant records, and keep up to date with local labour market information.
