Leadership and Management To assist operations teams in supporting bed-flow and board-rounds To learn and shadow clinical leaders and gain an understanding of their job roles and what challenges they face Liaise with operational managers on a regular basis (including weekly 1-1s) to bring about strategic alignment between managers and clinicians at all levels Improvement To assist with audit data collection and clinical outcome reporting To bring about an improvement culture to the department and ward To take ownership for improvement in all areas of the ward, in particular patient flow.
