About the Role
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant and Cashier to join our Kitchen team at our training ground in Hale End on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient front-of-house service, including serving food buffet style, processing card payments, and supporting staff and players. This role involves managing accurate records of staff food spend, ensuring smooth service and upholding high standards of hygiene and professionalism at all times. You will deliver excellent customer service, operate the till, track payments, maintain stock levels, and support the Front-of-House and Kitchen teams with a positive and flexible attitude. Maintaining safety, compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations, and confidentiality are essential aspects of this role. The position requires working collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently when needed.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar kitchen or customer-facing food service role is required.

You are a confident and clear communicator with a positive team player attitude. You have expertise in processing payments and using POS systems. You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing flexibility and willingness to support team needs. You thrive under pressure, adapt well to change, and can prioritise workloads efficiently. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and early mornings is essential.
