About the Role
The Lead Cardiac Pharmacist will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients within the cardiac department. This position involves overseeing the medication management process, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements

Experience
Significant experience in a clinical pharmacy setting, particularly within cardiology, is essential.

About you
You are a dedicated professional with a passion for improving patient care through effective medication management. You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. You are adaptable and open to flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications
A relevant pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) are required. Additional qualifications in clinical pharmacy or cardiology are desirable.
