The postholder must have significant post registration experience in primary and secondary care with a sound knowledge of prescribing and medicines management issues faced in a range of sectors. Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills are essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have compassion, flexibility, excellent communication and time management skills and the ability to build relationships with various health and social care professionals e.g. GPs, hospital clinicians, district nurses, carers, family, community pharmacists and care coordinators. A good understanding of the political environment to enable delivery of the team's and Trust's objectives is also required. The post will involve travelling between various sites so will require flexibility as the organisation continues to grow (please check the CLCH website to see the geography covered by CLCH).
