We are seeking two dedicated Learning Advisers to join our HR department at Notting Hill Genesis. This pivotal corporate role will see you working across the entire organisation, ensuring our learning initiatives are top-notch, inclusive, and customer-focused. This is not a training delivery role but an opportunity to understand learning needs and source, design, and implement impactful initiatives. As a Learning Adviser, you will provide advice, guidance, coaching and challenge to ensure high-quality learning initiatives that meet our organisational needs in line with our corporate strategies and values. You will also ensure all learning initiatives are accessible, promote inclusivity and celebrate our diverse workforce. How you'll do it Commission, design, source, and develop accessible and engaging learning initiatives. Embed our values and the importance of resident impact across all learning offers. Challenge and collaborate with subject matter experts and managers to ensure learning outcomes align with NHG's principles. Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of long-term learning strategies. Manage supplier relationships and recommend innovative, cost-effective learning solutions. Provide timely, accurate reporting and data analysis to inform continuous improvement. Act as a subject matter expert for our learning management system, driving improvements and upgrades.
