About the Role
Joining Argos as a Learning Content & Compliance Specialist means becoming a vital part of our dedicated Argos People team, supporting the development and delivery of learning solutions. You will focus on simplifying learning assignments, managing content suppliers, and ensuring compliance to provide high-quality training to employees. This role requires experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments, strong organisational skills, and the ability to use data to make informed decisions. You will administer production and delivery processes, manage learning content, test learning objects for inclusivity and accessibility, and update existing content. Collaboration with the learning technology team is key to ensure smooth LMS administration and provide technical guidance for learning solution development. Responsibilities include managing third-party content, updating modules based on stakeholder requests, maintaining accurate file storage, and leading content reviews to support continuous improvement and evaluation metrics. Experience
- Demonstrable experience administering learning content within an LMS, including uploading, testing, and maintaining SCORM or similar digital learning objects.
- Proven ability to manage content production workflows, update existing modules, maintain accurate file storage, and coordinate reviews with stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external content suppliers, providing technical guidance and supporting smooth delivery of learning solutions.
- Experience reviewing learning content for accessibility and inclusivity.
