About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Lettings Negotiator to join our Private Rent Sector (PRS) team. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote work and on-site activity, including property viewings across London and regular office days. You will play a key role in letting properties within agreed targets, supporting our Private Rent brand and maximising return on investment.

Key responsibilities include managing lettings enquiries in line with service standards, assessing applications for suitability and affordability using internal and external tools, organising and attending accompanied viewings, and providing applicants with relevant information. You will monitor property portal performance, maintain accurate advertisements, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead reviews of lettings and marketing activity based on reports and data, coordinate and deliver Home Demonstrations, maintain accurate records and databases throughout the lettings process, and ensure compliance with A2Dominion guidelines and current legislation.

Requirements

Experience
- Experience in lettings, sales, or customer-facing roles

About you
- Full UK driving licence and own car (comfortable navigating through London)
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Team player with initiative and independence

Qualifications
- Knowledge of tenancy, deposit, and lettings legislation (training provided)
- ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- GCSEs (A*-C) in Maths and English or equivalent
