About the Role
We are seeking a People Data and Insight Analyst to join our dedicated People Services department at A2Dominion. This role combines analytical expertise with business acumen to guide People strategy, enhance performance, and ensure compliance. You will deliver reporting and insight that supports key People lifecycle events such as performance, salary, and bonus reviews, fulfil cyclical reporting requirements including Gender Pay Gap reporting, and contribute to data cleansing and migration activities as part of the People Services transformation project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse People Services and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic and operational decisions
- Produce dashboards, scorecards, and narrative reports that clearly communicate insights to non-technical People Services and senior stakeholders
- Use advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modelling, segmentation, and regression to provide forward-looking insight
- Support cyclical processes by producing reports and analysis highlighting key themes and implications
- Partner with the Data team to ensure People data accuracy, consistency, and governance
- Conduct UAT testing of People Services systems and support the Systems team
- Monitor data quality, identify root causes of issues, and recommend process improvements
- Act as People Services’ data steward ensuring GDPR compliance and robust governance
- Develop and enhance analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel to improve reporting and insight capability
- Automate standard reporting to free capacity for deeper analysis
- Stay updated with external trends in People analytics and regulatory reporting
- Work closely with People Business Partners and senior managers to frame analysis that answers business questions
- Educate stakeholders on effective data use to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
Experience
- Experience working with HR systems and payroll data
- Background in HR analytics, workforce planning, or business intelligence
- Experience producing executive-level reports and presenting insight to non-technical audiences
- Previous experience supporting accurate reporting for regulatory requirements such as Gender Pay Gap reporting

Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*-C)
- Degree in a numerate, analytical, or business-related discipline such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or People Analytics
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification, or demonstrable experience applying analytics in an HR/People context
- Evidence of continuing professional development in analytics, data science, or business intelligence (e.g. Power BI, SQL, or equivalent training)
- Advanced skills in analytics and visualisation tools including Power BI and Excel; SQL, Python or R desirable
