About the Role
We are seeking a Reward and Performance Advisor to join our dedicated People Services department. In this role, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of reward, recognition, and performance management initiatives. Working closely with the Reward & Performance Manager and other stakeholders, you will help ensure that reward and performance processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting the design, delivery, and review of salary, grading, benefits, and recognition programmes; collaborating with the People Service Centre team to deliver cyclical reward processes; preparing reports and audits; conducting benchmarking, job evaluation, and market research; liaising with external providers; supporting performance management process improvements; providing first line advice and guidance on reward and performance; and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal and industry requirements to ensure compliance.

Experience
- Supporting reward and recognition programmes in complex organisations
- Handling HR or people data with strong analytical and numerical skills
About You
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and HR systems
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A* - C)
- CIPD qualified or holding a relevant reward qualification
