About the Role
A2Dominion is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Managing Agent (MA) Contract Manager to join our Property Management team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in overseeing our relationships with external managing agents and ensuring compliance with contractual and lease obligations. You will support the delivery of our Managing Agents Project, ensuring effective management of a diverse portfolio. Working closely with third-party owners, managing agents, and internal teams, you will foster collaborative relationships, resolve disputes, and drive service improvements that benefit our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract management and performance monitoring of managing agents
- Interpret headleases and advise internal teams on A2Dominion’s responsibilities
- Ensure legal and contractual obligations are met by all parties
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and resolve disputes
- Use data to identify service improvements and enhance resident satisfaction
- Act as an escalation point for internal teams facing challenges with managing agents

Experience
- Experience in leasehold block management and working with managing agents and third-party landlords
- Working knowledge of leasehold law, Landlord and Tenant Acts, and relevant regulations
About you
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive and able to foster collaborative relationships and resolve disputes effectively
Qualifications
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A* - C)
- Hold or be working towards a professional qualification such as RICS, ARLA Propertymark, TPI, or CIH
