Hours
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. The role requires being on-site 3 days per week and office/home working for 2 days. Occasional flexibility including weekend work may be required.

Salary
£39,841 - £41,937 per annum

About the Role
Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is recruiting a skilled and experienced Local Housing Manager to provide excellent housing and estate services across a defined geographical patch. As the front-facing representative of MTVH, you will coordinate internal and external services to meet the diverse needs of our customers, delivering high-quality services both individually and locally. This role involves managing relationships with Local Authorities and Housing Association partners, handling general anti-social behaviour complaints, estate services, tenancy management, tenancy enforcement, and lettings management. You will be expected to demonstrate flexibility, strong community engagement, and a commitment to supporting local initiatives.

Experience
- Proven experience working in a social housing setting is essential
- Experience working with customers presenting complex or challenging needs
- Experience in supported housing is desirable
- Strong administration skills including managing inboxes, keys, and reporting
- Ability to analyse customer feedback to improve services
- Experience dealing with customers face to face, by phone, and in writing
