About the Role
Join the UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team at our Kensington store as a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate. You will be responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks related to loss prevention and safety management under the direction of the Loss Prevention Manager. Your role is essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and protecting company assets. Key responsibilities include training store employees on loss prevention and safety policies, detecting and apprehending shoplifters according to company protocol, preparing incident and investigation reports, assisting management with investigations of policy violations, maintaining confidentiality, supporting day-to-day store operations, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This is a permanent position offering a dynamic work environment where you can grow your skills and impact the business.

Experience
Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Experience working collaboratively as part of a high performing team is essential.
