About the Role
Are you an experienced Maintenance professional looking for your next challenge? Based in or around the North East London area, this is an excellent opportunity to join Arcus FM as a skilled Maintenance Technician within a dynamic facilities maintenance team. You will deliver both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.

In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our clients' sites fully operational and maintained to the highest standards. You will enjoy a varied work environment, traveling to multiple locations within your area, handling repairs, maintenance tasks, and resolving defects to ensure top-quality service.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering quality workmanship and first-time fixes where possible, providing excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction, and independently managing maintenance tasks across multiple trades such as patch plastering, carpentry, floor coverings, wall tiling, lock changes, and general repairs.

Experience
Time-served experience across multiple trades within a maintenance role is essential.

About you
Confident working independently and in customer-facing environments.
Comfortable using handheld IT equipment for work management and documentation.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a good work ethic.
Solid knowledge and sound awareness of Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications
Full valid UK driver's license is required.
Desirable qualifications include NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent in a building or maintenance-related trade.
Experience working in a multi-site retail maintenance environment is advantageous.
