About the Role
As a Maintenance Team Member at Adagio, you will undertake and manage various general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electricity, telecommunications, heating, carpentry, and decorating. You will conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment, handling basic repairs and maintenance requirements. Your responsibilities include inspecting building structures, equipment, and assets, performing both reactive and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
You will perform tasks with the highest level of discretion to minimize disruption and inconvenience for guests and visitors. Handling basic repairs and maintenance, you will also coordinate and oversee contractors and external providers, ensuring their work aligns with service agreements and procedures.
Additional duties include installing, inspecting, and troubleshooting equipment, appliances, and systems; maintaining and replacing heating, air conditioning, and distribution systems as needed; and assisting in record keeping by maintaining a daily log of repairs and maintenance of assets and equipment.
You will respect Accor's Legionnaires' disease directive and champion the hotel's commitments to the Environment Charter by saving energy, recycling, and sorting waste. Actively contributing to the safety of people and property by ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction is also essential. You will take responsibility for identifying areas of improvement within your range of operation, including risk awareness, and undertake appropriate training to develop increased expertise in your area of work.
Reporting stock levels and fostering a team spirit while being guest-oriented and service minded are key aspects of this role. Being well organized and demonstrating a strong sense of ethics by leading by example are highly valued.
Experience
Experience in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, decorating, and equipment maintenance is preferred. Experience coordinating with contractors and external providers is advantageous.

Qualifications
