About the Role
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Team Member, you will take care of guests from arrival through to departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience. You will greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service. Taking initiative to add a personalized touch to each guest’s stay is key. You will proudly promote the hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance the guest experience through up-selling.
