As a Web Editor Associate within Product Management, you will ensure that web content is accurate, compliant, and optimized for customers. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, design, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and implement changes safely and efficiently, adhering to all necessary controls. You will contribute to the agile web development process by delivering new features and enhancing customer web experiences.

This role suits a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and creative skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving the UK website, partnering with cross-functional teams to adopt best web practices and continuously optimize the customer journey.

Requirements

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in website management on a large scale
- Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent enterprise-level CMS
- Experience with major analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with product management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Technical knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and APIs
- Experience with SEO platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs) is desirable
- Experience with major design platforms (e.g., Figma) is a plus
