Our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Service is looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Support Manager to join our amazing team and help make a difference today.
As the Business Support Manager for MASH, you will lead and manage a team of Management Information Officers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business and information support services. You will oversee service performance, staff development, resource management, and operational processes that enable timely and effective decision-making by Social Work teams. Working closely with managers across the service, you will help drive continuous improvement and ensure business support arrangements add real value to service delivery.
Experience
- Managing and supervising teams within a busy service environment.
- Allocating workloads, setting performance standards, and monitoring outcomes effectively.
- Managing sickness absence, performance issues, and staff development.
- Supporting recruitment, induction, training, and employee development activities.
- Analysing service demands and deploying resources effectively to meet business needs.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
