About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive MASH Business Support Officer to join our Children’s Services team, providing high-quality administrative and business support to statutory and operational services within Safeguarding & Social Care. In this varied role, you will deliver a full range of business support activities including document management, administration, data entry, meeting coordination, and minute taking. You will work closely with colleagues, managers, and partner agencies to ensure services operate efficiently, deadlines are met, and information is managed accurately. About the Team
Our MASH Business Support team plays a vital role in enabling Children’s Services to deliver effective support to children, families, and partner organisations. Working collaboratively across services, we provide professional, customer-focused support that helps ensure statutory responsibilities are met and key safeguarding functions run smoothly. Experience
Experience delivering high-quality business support or administrative services, ideally within a complex, regulated, or public sector environment. Proven ability to maintain filing and information systems, data entry, and record management. Experience using IT systems to support service delivery and compiling and distributing information and data accurately.
