The successful applicant will work closely with all members of the maxillofacial prosthetics/reconstructive scientist and orthodontic technical team as well as surgeons, consultants, clinicians, nurses and administrative staff within Dental and the wider Trust. Applicants will work in direct contact with patients providing a range of highly complex custom-made prostheses including ocular prostheses, facial and body prostheses, keloid pressure splints and nasal obturators. The role also includes undertaking complex orthognathic surgical planning, 3D surgical planning, attending MDT's and assisting with development of the service as required. We are looking forward to welcoming a new member to the team and would consider employing the right person on a part time basis. We will also consider applicants that have not yet sat their AIB with the IMPT. The interview will comprise of a practical assessment in the morning followed by a formal interview in the afternoon.
