The Medical Education Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support and data management within Medical Education, assisting senior management in delivering high-quality training across multiple sites. Responsibilities include managing teaching, training programmes, exams, and quality assurance processes. The role involves liaising with doctors in training, educational supervisors, and external organisations, organising events, providing AV and technical support, and supporting office and information management tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading healthcare education environment within a large, dynamic NHS Trust.
Experience
- Extensive business administration experience demonstrating an understanding of key administrative support functions.
- Experience working in an education setting is desirable but not essential.
About you
- Ability to work both independently using own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in decision-making when managing competing priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken English, including grammar, punctuation, and structuring written text.
- Knowledge and experience with Trust AV set-up is desirable.
Qualifications
- Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent.
