We are now offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Senior Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Histopathology team at Charing Cross. If you have an in interest in laboratory work, this is an ideal opportunity for you to take on a supporting role in our busy Histopathology team. You will become part of a team of specialist Health Care Scientists providing both routine and specialised diagnostic services to patients within the Hospital and external users. Duties will include carrying out sample reception, triage, assistance to the dissection team, equipment maintenance and general clerical duties including data entry on the LIMS.Experience of laboratory work or the NHS would be an advantage.
