About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our Mental Health Team. This role involves providing person-centered support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and community services to promote recovery and wellbeing. Key responsibilities include assessing individual needs, offering emotional and practical support, advocating for clients' rights, and facilitating access to essential resources such as housing, benefits, and therapy. The role also involves collaborative care planning and crisis intervention to empower individuals towards stability, independence, and improved quality of life. Experience
Minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in social work is essential. Experience specifically within mental health social work is required.

Qualifications
A recognised social work qualification such as Degree, DipSW, or CQSW is required to be considered for this role.
