About the Role
Waste Creative, part of Keywords Studios, is a creative agency building brands with fans for some of the biggest names in the gaming industry through digital, design and advertising. We are seeking a talented and hardworking Mid-Weight Designer to join our London team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will be a self-starter with exceptional raw talent and the confidence to present ideas to seniors and the wider team. Your role will be to support the design team’s output across multiple accounts, ensuring high standards on every project. You will become intimately familiar with each brand or IP you work on, mastering their brand guidelines and knowing when to push creative boundaries to fulfil the vision. You will demonstrate a strong eye for detail and craftsmanship, especially in typography and layout. Working closely with project managers, you will ensure deliverables meet specifications and deadlines. Collaboration with our Manila team will be key, providing feedback and guidance to maintain design and motion standards across all outputs.

Experience
4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the digital and gaming sectors. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Experience with After Effects and Premiere is desirable. Skilled in end-to-end motion delivery including concepting, storyboarding and styleframing.

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Positive, committed, and flexible with a 'can-do' attitude towards complex problems.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but a strong portfolio demonstrating design and motion skills is essential.
