About the Role
The Mobile Supervisor will efficiently manage and support a team of engineers across multiple disciplines on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and effective execution of tasks. Acting as key mobile support to the Contract Manager, you will liaise with the Contract Support and Contract Management Teams to provide excellent service delivery to customers. Your role includes advising engineers on technical matters, supporting both reactive and planned maintenance work, improving service delivery performance, and reducing costs where possible. You will engage professionally with customers as an ambassador of ABM, ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met. Responsibilities also include ensuring statutory PPMs and activities are completed on time, assisting the Helpdesk Team with labour resource and technical queries, undertaking HR processes, conducting inductions and audits, managing health and safety compliance, preparing quotations, supervising works and subcontractors, maintaining site log books, and providing on-call rota cover as required.
Experience
- Experience training and supervising engineers
- Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace
- Good understanding of M&E Building Services

- Strong IT skills at an intermediate level including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage HR processes and operational inductions

Qualifications
- City & Guilds Technical qualifications in Combustion, Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical disciplines
