About the Role
This is a role for a multi-skilled, foot mobile engineer with a qualified background in electrical work. The work is fast-paced and ideal for ambitious candidates looking to rapidly progress their career in maintenance and engineering. You will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs including fault-finding on lighting and small power, periodic inspection and testing, remedial work from your own EICRs, containment and small installs, emergency lighting tests, plus reactive callouts and planned maintenance to reduce reactive volume.

As part of Reeve's first line of service, you will run initial assessments of situations, carry out repairs or recommend specialist contractors on site. You will perform site inspections, identify and report the need for major repairs, and when required, be present during contractor visits to ensure work meets Reeve’s standards.

Additional responsibilities include providing support to the wider operations team during tenant move-ins (such as installing whiteboards, fixing TVs on walls), and performing light carpentry tasks like building cabinets.

Reeve is the sister platform to Kitt, operating and managing a growing portfolio of workspace buildings across London. The team handles reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, and reporting. With rapid expansion planned, you will be joining a dynamic and growing team managing 20+ buildings over the next 12 months.
