About the Role
Kudos Services is a well-established Facilities Management company operating within the Healthcare Sector, delivering high-quality services to its clients. We are seeking a highly competent Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our South team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with either a Mechanical or Electrical bias and preferably have experience working within a Healthcare environment.
The role involves working across various sites within the London area, completing assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks on time with accurate record keeping, and delivering Reactive Maintenance to the required standards within contractual obligations.
Duties include:
- Working closely with Health & Safety compliance teams to ensure all regulations, statutory obligations, HTM requirements, RAMS, and permits are fully observed and managed.
- Maintaining awareness of statutory compliance requirements in line with HTM and industry standards.
- Providing Responsible Person (RP), Authorised Person (AP), and Competent Person (CP) duties as part of the operational team for controlled specialist electrical systems including HV, LV, lifts, emergency lighting, data systems, and fire alarm systems.
- Delivering mechanical, electrical, and fabric PPM in accordance with relevant guidelines and service levels such as SFG20 and HTM aligned standards.
- Carrying out reactive maintenance tasks assigned by the Helpdesk, ensuring adherence to contractual parameters and timeframes.
- Updating and closing tasks in real time using the provided tablet.

Application Process
Application and CV screening followed by an interview via Teams with the Technical Services Manager and team. A second face-to-face interview with the Technical Services Manager and team will follow.
Experience
Proven multi-skilled engineering experience with either a Mechanical or Electrical bias. Experience working within a Healthcare environment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to fault find, problem solve, and diagnose issues effectively.
Experience working with Health & Safety compliance and statutory regulations is essential.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in a specialist discipline to current regulations (e.g. 18th Edition).
IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is highly desirable.
IPAF and PASMA certifications would be beneficial.
Legionella Awareness training is advantageous.
Any HTM or AP training would be beneficial.
