New Home Sales Consultant

37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5.30pm, including weekend working to meet customer needs
Salary
Basic £36,599 - £38,525 plus yearly OTE up to £12,000 (dependent upon achieving target)
About the Role
We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to join our successful Sales Team at So Resi, managing sales reservations across developments in the SW8 and SE11 postcode regions. This role involves operating onsite from the Sales Office, Show Home, or Head Office, ensuring high levels of presentation and brand promotion. You will be responsible for timely contact with all sales enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, surveys, completions, and home demonstrations when required. Additionally, you will monitor void properties weekly to ensure security and ensure all property reservations comply with MTVH policies including eligibility, affordability, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with Sales Progression, Marketing teams, and other stakeholders is essential to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Experience
Proven experience in New Homes Sales, ideally with knowledge of Shared Ownership. Experience working with CRM and Sales Management systems is required.
About you
Proactive and customer-focused with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and able to establish and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the shared ownership purchase process. Must have own transport and a full driving licence, and be happy to use the vehicle for work purposes.
Qualifications
