About the Role
As a Night Chef at The Cadogan, you will join a fantastic kitchen team who support each other, the property, and our guests. You will oversee all night kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the shift. Your responsibilities include preparing and cooking food for late-night diners, room service, and breakfast service, as well as supervising any kitchen staff working during the night. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with food safety regulations is essential. Experience
Proven experience as a Night Chef or in a similar culinary role is required.
