Attendance at 10 sessions per week across sites at Guys & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. The exact timetable may vary but would normally include 3 endoscopy sessions (on fixed days or flexible), 2 outpatient clinics plus one virtual clinic, participation in multidisciplinary meetings and liaison with other specialist teams. Attendance to at least one advanced endoscopy list is expected, with choice depending on the post holder personal development plan and list availability. This post involves some flexible sessions every week. If endoscopy sessions are not available these sessions will be converted to OP clinics with appropriate administrative time. The post holder will also be expected to cover certain additional endoscopy lists in rotation with other clinical fellows and to participate in the Saturdays endoscopy rota, which is currently 1:8 but may change according to service delivery needs. Participation in the on call endoscopy rota, covering weekdays and weekends, is also anticipated.
