About the Role

This role operates with a high level of autonomy and ownership, ensuring the office environment is professional, organised, and fully functional at all times, while providing essential administrative support to both office and site-based teams.

Key responsibilities include managing visitor access and enquiries, maintaining meeting rooms and office presentation, organising refreshments and hospitality, handling deliveries and post, and performing First Aid and Fire Marshal duties. The role also involves scheduling and recording maintenance activities, supporting Health & Safety compliance, and assisting with emergency preparedness.

In addition, the Office Administrator takes ownership of all office administrative processes such as diary and meeting room management, coordinating couriers and supplies, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining office systems and records, and performing general administrative duties including typing, printing, and document binding. The role requires ensuring accurate data input and record-keeping, as well as undertaking ad hoc tasks to support the wider team and office operations.

Compliance with company policies, data protection, and document security standards is essential, alongside contributing to continuous improvement and maintaining professionalism across all duties.
