About the Role
ClearScore is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager with over 3 years of experience in a similar role to support the day-to-day operations of our London office. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative Admin Team, you will ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. This hands-on role combines operational delivery with longer-term improvements to the workplace experience.
You will manage a wide range of operational priorities including facilities, health & safety, workplace experience, office coordination, and supplier management. Balancing reactive issues with proactive planning in a busy hybrid working environment is key. The role requires calmness under pressure, strong organisational skills, operational judgement, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of the daily running of the London office to maintain an operationally effective and positive employee environment
- Managing multiple operational priorities simultaneously with a calm and organised approach
- Supporting office space utilisation in a hybrid working model, including desk planning, office moves, layout coordination, and space optimisation
- Managing office facilities and building operations in partnership with landlords, contractors, and internal teams
- Coordinating supplier and contractor activities, including quotations, scheduling, and issue resolution
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, building management, and stakeholders
- Overseeing office maintenance and repair works, including occasional out-of-hours coordination
- Leading office health & safety compliance, including workplace checks and training coordination
- Maintaining high standards across meeting rooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and stock levels for both office and home working needs
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes related to office operations
- Collaborating with IT and other teams to support smooth office operations
- Communicating office updates and operational changes clearly and timely to employees
- Assisting in planning and delivering company events and celebrations
- Championing a positive, inclusive, and well-run office environment reflecting ClearScore’s culture
- Managing deliveries, post, visitor coordination, and reception responsibilities
- Continuously improving office processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing ad hoc operational and administrative support as needed
Experience
- Minimum 3 years office management experience
- Proven experience in facilities management
- Experience supporting office operations in fast-paced or high-growth environments is advantageous
