About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join Clarion Housing Group, Employer of the Year at the Housing Heroes awards 2025, as a LiveSmart Manager within our Over 55s housing schemes. You will provide a professional, resident-focused management service, acting as the first point of contact for residents and assisting with a range of tenancy-related housing management matters. Your role will involve ensuring residents feel safe, secure, and well cared for in their homes.

Responsibilities include managing access to the building for residents, contractors, and visitors, acting as a key-holder, and maintaining the security of communal areas and facilities. You will respond to emergencies, identify and escalate safeguarding concerns, and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective services to residents.

We are looking for someone calm under pressure, well organised, flexible, and confident in communicating with a wide range of people. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to residents’ lives while developing your knowledge and experience within the housing sector.

Experience
Experience in housing, facilities, or building management is desirable, with an understanding of tenancy management and safeguarding.

Calm under pressure, well organised, flexible, and confident communicator. Good IT skills are essential. You must be able to travel across the region as required and be willing to cover other schemes in the area.
