The PAM Operations Analyst will support the design and execution of Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies and policies. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining PAM tools and platforms, ensuring their availability, scalability, and security. Key activities include onboarding, maintaining, and monitoring privileged accounts across various systems and applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM solutions, performing regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance, and identifying vulnerabilities or misuse of privileged accounts. You will also create and maintain documentation, train end-users on PAM best practices, assist in incident response related to privileged account issues, and stay informed on industry trends to propose improvements. The role requires meeting SLA targets and participating in an on-call rotation to provide SME support outside business hours as needed. Additionally, you will support regular risk assessments and audits related to privileged access and collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to security standards.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years in IT security or a similar role, with at least 2 years specializing in PAM practices
- Expertise in provisioning accounts using AD Users and Computers, PowerShell, M365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Windows Server Administration tools
- Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as Delinea, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, scripting (PowerShell, Python), and system administration
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience with ServiceNow, understanding of SLAs and importance of meeting them

About you
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with strong technical and business acumen. You are proactive in staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies and able to collaborate effectively across teams to uphold security standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Preferred certifications include Delinea, CyberArk Defender, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
- Knowledge of risk management and security assessment methodologies
- Experience securing privileged access in an enterprise environment
