About the Role
Ealing Council has an exciting opportunity for a Property Paralegal to join our highly regarded Legal Property Team. You will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, including Right to Buy matters, statutory lease extensions, and property sales and acquisitions. The role also involves undertaking a range of day-to-day administrative duties and providing essential support to fee earners, assisting with both pre- and post-completion work. This position requires close collaboration with colleagues across the Council and engagement with local partners. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. Experience
At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in property law. Previous background as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience handling property-related matters.
