We're looking for a Partnerships Officer to join our brand new Contracts & Strategy team to help us make it happen. As our Partnerships Officer, you'll be at the forefront of this exciting transformation. You'll have the chance to: Identify and partner with repair service providers and suppliers, seeking innovative approaches. Negotiate agreements to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Analyse data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement. Engage residents in the process, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met. Essential Skilled in data analysis (use of Tableau and PowerBI useful) Experience in contract management, project management or similar role Proven experience in partner relationship management; preferably in a repairs environment Desirable: Experience in formulating specifications, managing schedules of works and technical diagnoses What's in it for you?
