About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you thrive on supporting students to overcome barriers, build resilience, and flourish? We are looking for a committed and caring Pastoral Leader to join our supportive and experienced team at Lift Clacton. This rewarding role focuses on student wellbeing, behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding. You will take the lead on pastoral care for Year 9, working closely with senior leaders, families, and external agencies to ensure all students feel supported, safe, and successful in school. Immediate start available. The position is fixed term until August 2026.

Proven experience motivating young people and maintaining high expectations. Confident in using data to monitor trends and inform early intervention. Skilled in de-escalating challenging situations and building trusted relationships with students and families.
