We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our dedicated Gynaecology team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring patients move smoothly through their treatment pathways by providing high-quality administrative support and working closely with clinical and management teams. This position involves supporting Urogynaecology clinics and the Women and Girl’s Health Hub (WGHH) pathway, including reception duties one morning per week at Minnie Kidd House community hub near Clapham North tube station.

Experience
- Significant proven experience delivering high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume customer care environment
- Proven administrative experience
- Demonstrable experience in data collection, presentation, report writing, and handling data quality issues
- Desirable: Experience in an NHS administrative role and supervising staff

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Skilled in managing difficult service users and challenging situations
- Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise workload

- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prepare clear, concise reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Educated to diploma/NVQ 3/City & Guilds certificate level in business administration or equivalent
- Desirable: IT qualification/training (e.g. ECDL), customer service qualification, evidence of continual professional development such as relevant short courses
- Desirable: Knowledge of medical terminology, key waiting times targets including 18 weeks, and Trust hospital systems such as EPIC
