About the Role
Join Janus Henderson as a Personal Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract, providing vital administrative support to front-line Portfolio Managers, desk heads, Research Analysts, and support teams. Your responsibilities will include extensive diary management, coordinating meetings across various time zones, and managing domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, travel itineraries, and visa applications. You will also process expenses, manage T&E budgets, maintain holiday records, and collaborate closely with other PAs to provide cover during absences. Additional duties include managing internal systems and databases and carrying out other assigned tasks. Requirements

Experience
Prior experience as a team secretary or Personal Assistant within a financial institution is required. Proven diary management and travel booking experience is essential.

Impeccable attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, enthusiastic, hardworking with a positive attitude. Ability to use initiative and be a self-starter. Proven ability to prioritise workload effectively. Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Outlook and typing skills are required. Experience working within a medium to large global firm is beneficial. Advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint are desirable, with Excel experience preferred. Willingness to take on projects when required. You will be expected to understand and abide by the regulatory obligations of the firm, including adherence to the Investment Advisory Code of Ethics and relevant policies.
