About the Role
What if you could shape a career as unique as you? At WSP, you can always find opportunities to grow and do what matters to you. Make the most of our global reach to discover new challenges and chances to work with diverse, talented individuals who will help you expand your horizons. The Business Support team is the backbone of the UK WSP business and is vital to the smooth running of the organisation. The team includes Business Support Partners (BSPs), Personal Assistants (PAs), Business Support and Graphics (including travel and accessibility specialists) and Concierge. As a PA, you will report to the Business Support Partner and provide professional administrative and business support to up to 5 Business Unit Directors.

You will have the opportunity to meet colleagues, share tips and best practice, proactively contribute to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, and get involved in new initiatives and ideas. Your role will be varied and dynamic, with no two days the same. Typical responsibilities include supporting Directors working on complex and sometimes sensitive projects, diary management across multiple time zones, inbox management, international and domestic travel booking, project and key account support, meeting and event coordination, internal and external stakeholder communications, purchases and expenses, preparation of presentations, marketing materials, reports and meeting actions, HR tasks such as onboarding and inductions, assisting Operations Directors and Business Support Partners with operational KPIs, and health & safety duties including travel risk assessments and recording leadership engagement.
