Based in our central London office, you will be part of a diverse, inclusive, and enthusiastic team of Project and Design Managers focused on delivering tailored design management solutions for our clients. Your role will involve driving clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, chairing Design Team Meetings (DTMs), and ensuring timely completion of actions. You will support coordination and resolution of technical queries considering cost and programme impacts, proactively manage change control with a clear understanding of scope and design responsibility, and strengthen project management processes. Key responsibilities include managing RFIs, technical transmittals, change control, mitigating risks and delays, reviewing design information, quotations, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and client expectations. You will maintain accurate project records, update delivery programmes, and promote efficiency, innovation, and buildability across all design stages. Additionally, you will oversee multiple work packages and support the Lead Design Delivery Manager with team and delivery oversight.

Experience
- Proven client-side project delivery experience in design or construction on major projects
- Experience working with major UK clients in a design consultancy environment
- Contract management experience and/or accreditations is advantageous

- Strong communication skills to drive clear coordination across teams and stakeholders

Qualifications
- Degree in relevant engineering, design, or management discipline such as project or construction management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying
- Chartered or approaching membership of a relevant professional body
- Certifications such as ARB, RIBA, MICE, MIET, APM, PMI, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma would be advantageous
