About the Role
Join WSP, one of the world’s leading engineering and professional services firms, where 72,800 passionate people create positive, long-lasting impacts through innovation, integrity, and inclusion. Based in our central London office, you will be part of a diverse and enthusiastic team of Project and Design Managers focused on delivering tailored design management solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will drive clear communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, chair Design Team Meetings (DTMs), and ensure timely completion of actions. You will support coordination and resolution of technical queries considering cost and programme impacts, proactively manage change control with a clear understanding of scope and design responsibility, and strengthen project management processes.

Your responsibilities will include managing RFIs, technical transmittals, and change control, mitigating risks and delays, reviewing design information, quotations, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and client expectations. You will maintain accurate project records, update delivery programmes, and promote efficiency, innovation, and buildability across all design stages. Additionally, you will oversee multiple work packages and support the Lead Design Delivery Manager with team and delivery oversight.

WSP offers a hybrid working policy with flexibility to work from home two days a week alongside collaboration opportunities in modern offices. We foster a culture of inclusion and belonging, supporting health and wellbeing through programmes such as Thrive, Virtual GP services, Gymflex discounts, and menopause support. Our flexible working arrangements include options for part-time work, additional leave purchase, and flexible bank holiday use.
