To communicate effectively and work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health professional and other colleagues to ensure delivery of a coordinated multi-disciplinary service. To provide specialist advice on the management of cardiorespiratory patients to colleagues working in other clinical areas. Communicate and report PR QI health inequality project to the clinical lead regularly and may present data to the trust innovation team. To be contactable throughout the working day via the mobile phone system with the flexibility to change planned activity sometimes in order to respond to arising situations.
