About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy and high-performing Development Management service. Bromley is the largest London borough by area and offers a diverse range of landscapes and development challenges, from urban regeneration and town centre growth in the north to extensive Green Belt and rural areas in the south. We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated planner looking to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious planning service. This role is ideally suited to someone in the early stages of their planning career who is keen to gain valuable experience across a varied caseload. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of planning applications and pre-application enquiries, with a particular focus on householder applications and Lawful Development Certificates. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning decisions, providing excellent customer service, and helping to shape the future development of the borough. Experience
Experience in planning or a related field is desirable but not essential. This role is suitable for candidates in the early stages of their planning career seeking to gain practical experience.
