We are looking for a reliable and professional Porter to provide a high-quality portering, helpdesk, and dispatch service to patients, staff, and visitors. You will assist with the safe and efficient movement of patients, equipment, documentation, food, waste, and other items, while maintaining a courteous and responsive service at all times. You will also ensure that equipment and the environment are kept clean, safe, and in good working order, in line with specifications, and respond promptly to service needs as they arise. You will be expected to contribute to improving the productivity and quality of the portering service.

The Role includes:
- Providing safe, courteous, and efficient portering services to patients, staff, and visitors
- Transporting patients, equipment, documentation, food, and waste as required
- Maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained equipment and work areas
- Responding promptly to service needs and requests
- Supporting the Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the portering service
- Continuously seeking ways to improve the quality and efficiency of the service

Experience
No specific experience required, but reliability and professionalism are essential.
