About the Role

We are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher to join our team and help us continue to deliver outstanding results. Applicants with experience across any key stage are welcome. The contract starts November 2025, with a January start negotiable. Requirements

Experience
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has recent or relevant teaching experience. A PGCE qualification is required. Experience across any key stage is welcomed.

- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum, including phonics teaching (preferably using a systematic synthetic phonics scheme).
- Demonstrates excellent classroom practice with a nurturing approach supporting academic and personal growth.
- Skilled at planning creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Uses formative assessment effectively to track progress and adapt teaching.
- Committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment with high expectations for all children, including those with SEND or EAL.
- Works well as part of a team, communicates effectively with colleagues and parents, and contributes to the wider school community.
- Reflective, committed to continuous improvement, and keen to engage in professional development.
- Creative hobbies, skills, or specialisms are advantageous.

Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and PGCE required. Additional qualifications or training in phonics teaching are desirable but not essential.
