About the Role
Join Janus Henderson and be part of a team dedicated to helping clients achieve superior financial outcomes through disciplined investments and world-class service. In this role, you will perform oversight and controls over the operational aspects of private credit funds and crypto/blockchain focused private funds operated by Janus Henderson and administered by third-party administrators. Your responsibilities will include reviewing quarterly accounting and Net Asset Value (NAV) information, managing expense control and payments including management fees and carried interest, preparing investor statements for calls and distributions, and coordinating financial statements with administrators and audit teams.

You will act as the main contact for the fund management team to support transaction completion, client commitments, and board resolutions. Additionally, you will oversee financial reporting and operational aspects of Cayman and Delaware hedge funds, supporting the wider fund administration oversight team for alternative funds. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Experience
Private Credit operational experience is critical to fill a skills gap.
Extensive Fund Accounting and Fund Financial Reporting experience.
Experience overseeing third-party providers is desirable but not essential.

Good working knowledge of Excel.

Qualifications
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
Supervisory responsibilities are not required for this role.
