About the Role
We create trailblazing and award-winning work for the world’s most prestigious games publishers, developers, and brands. As a Producer, you will be a strategic project manager responsible for overseeing the successful creative production and financial health of all assigned projects. Acting as the key liaison between clients and internal accounts, creative, and production teams, you will ensure delivery is of the highest creative standard, on time, to specification, and on budget.

Your role includes working closely with clients and ICHI teams to take briefs, communicate feedback, and build strong relationships. You will plan and oversee all stages of the production process, ensuring projects are delivered creatively excellent, on time, and within budget. You will manage medium-sized live action shoots, CG animation productions, and game capture workflows, while sourcing creative talent and deciding on the best production approach to achieve the brief.

Additional responsibilities include creating project budgets and schedules, ensuring accurate internal reporting, building strong supplier relationships, developing client relationships to identify new opportunities, and presenting ICHI’s services through pitches and presentations. You will also contribute insights to improve client understanding and expand the scope of projects.

Experience
- Significant experience (3+ years) in producing, project management, or account handling within a production company or agency.
- Broad experience in production, post production, animation, or videogames environment.
- Confident client-facing experience with strong negotiation skills.
- Experience managing live action shoots.
- Experience with CG/in-engine cinematics trailers, in-game content, and gameplay.
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite.

- Interest in games and entertainment with a willingness to research and learn about the gaming industry.
- Confident in procurement and sourcing freelance production and post-production staff and facilities.

Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.

Desirable
- Trailer/versioning experience.
- Background in game development or experience creating custom in-engine cinematics, animation, intro/outro sequences, and cutscenes.
- Midweight live action shoot experience.
