About the Role
ClearScore is seeking a Product Manager to help grow mass-market consumer products and scale the leading credit scoring app in the UK. Our industry-leading application is used by over 14 million users worldwide, helping millions make better financial decisions with greater clarity and confidence. You will own a product problem, working closely with cross-functional teams to create appropriate solutions and support the creation of a feasible and viable roadmap aligned to the product strategy. Your role involves analysing, scoping, and producing clear requirements with detailed acceptance criteria, generating user insights through qualitative and quantitative methods, and leading collaboration between subject matter experts, marketing, design, QA, and development teams.

You will support senior product, engineering, and design leaders in building highly functional teams, driving clear communication with stakeholders, proactively resolving blockers and risks, and tackling problems in a structured way. You will prioritise delivering fast learning and value, making decisions led by impact rather than output, and developing a deep understanding of your product's problem space. You will lead discovery processes using various frameworks and apply successful industry patterns to your solutions.

Our Hybrid Model
We embrace a dynamic hybrid work environment balancing flexibility with collaborative in-person experiences. Levels 1-5 require a minimum of 2 days per week in-office, while Level 6 and above require a minimum of 3 days per week. Experience
Experience in marketplace products is a bonus but not essential. Proven ability to own product problems and deliver impactful solutions is valued.
