About the Role
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the National Theatre Estates Capital Projects Team. This role will assist the Estates Capital Projects team in co-ordinating the planning and on-site delivery of Estates capital and infrastructure projects for the National Theatre, ensuring minimal impact on day-to-day operations. Projects may include construction, infrastructure, fit out, decant, and associated on-site and company logistics.
Please note this role involves working on construction projects within the National Theatre’s estate and includes some hands-on practical tasks alongside organising logistics and project-based work.

Experience
Experience of capital projects or equivalent project experience is required.
About you
You will have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly via written emails and in person with all levels in a professional and friendly manner. You are a highly motivated individual who can work on your own initiative and effectively with others as part of a team. You have a good planning and methodical approach with the ability to manage a workload with varying deadlines and keep projects on track. You also have an appetite and aptitude to absorb and understand complex concepts.
