About the Role
SES Engineering Services are seeking an experienced MEP Project Director to join our London team, working on complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the region. This role offers the opportunity to challenge the norm, bring fresh ideas, and elevate your career within the industry as part of a talented, diverse, and supportive team. As a Project Director, you will provide visible leadership, insight, direction, and foresight to ensure the safe and profitable delivery of schemes while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and developing a strong project team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the project team and managing the supply chain to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Ensuring safety targets and standards are maintained by understanding what safety excellence looks like
- Fostering a continuous improvement culture by encouraging input from all project team members and implementing safety and quality improvements
- Leading, managing, and delivering operational excellence and efficiency through leadership health check reviews during Bid, Pre-construction, and Construction phases

Experience
Proven experience as a Project Director within MEP or Mechanical and Electrical projects, demonstrating strong technical skills and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications
